In the interest of your safety, our safety and the safety of our whole community, all dentists and staff at b dental are fully vaccinated (3 doses) against COVID-19.  Therefore the dentists and staff are less likely to catch coronavirus and less likely to transmit it to you.  This is in addition to the rigorous sanitation measures against coronavirus, and the normal disinfection and sterilization protocol for dental treatment, employed in this practice. 

Dental and Oral health is of paramount importance for your overall well being. Our Practice has always followed state-of-the-art infection control protocols and we are taking these additional steps listed below to protect both you and our staff. 

Face masks are recommended to wear in dental practices.   As per the Victorian Government guidelines.

What to do if you have an appointment booked :

1/. It would be recommended to wear a mask to your appointment
2/. Please use the hand sanitiser upon arrival.  
3/. If you have Covid like symptoms please reschedule you appointment.
4/. If you have a Covid positive household contact it would be appreciated if you could take a rapid antigen test the day of you appointment.
If you have contracted Covid-19 and you require emergency treatment, you MUST be treated in hospital. The Austin Hospital, Royal Melbourne Hospital and Monash Hospital has dental facilities for your treatment.
Restrictions are subject to change at any time. 

1. All patients to use the hand sanitizer at reception desk upon entry and exit of the premises
2. Waiting room seats have been spaced out to abide by the 1.5m distancing
3. You will be required to take a 30 second pre-treatment anti-bacterial rinse prior to treatment
4. The Eftpos keypad is covered and is wiped with hospital grade disinfectant after each use 
5. The front door handles and all door handles are regularly disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant 
6. Thorough disinfection of the premises every day
